Microsoft Business Voice is Here!
In November 2019, we brought you the news that Microsoft had created a brand new Business Voice solution specifically for SMBs. The Business Voice service was designed for up to 300 users and aimed to give smaller companies access to a high-level of business audio with features like call transfer, call queues, and multi-level auto attendants.
Initially, the Business Voice service was only available in Canada and the UK. However, this month, the company revealed that it would be opening the Voice SKU to over 70 countries. The solution will be available through certified Microsoft resellers, who can deliver connectivity and minutes to their end-users with a go-to-market strategy that suits them.
