Anywhere365, a leading provider for Enterprise Dialogue Management, recently announced the purchase of PeterConnects, a provider of communication software solutions. Aside from offering Enterprise Dialogue Management, Anywhere365 is also a pioneer of customer service technology for Microsoft Teams.

PeterConnects, the newly acquired business, supports unified collaboration platforms for Microsoft and Cisco. This includes support for Cisco Webex Calling, BroadWorks, and Microsoft Teams. The focus of the business makes PeterConnects a fantastic acquisition for Anywhere365. This marks Anywhere365’s third acquisition in the last year. The purchase leverages the 60 million euro investment that the company recently received from growth capital company, Bregal Milestone.

Accelerating Business Growth

The purchase of PeterConnects enhances the growth of Anywhere365 as a global omnichannel comms solution provider. At the same time, this new step allows the company to further built on its Microsoft-centric solution for enterprise dialogue management and contact centre support. PeterConnects’ portfolio provides excellent attendant console functionality for BroadWorks, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex Teams.

CEO of PeterConnects, Lucas de Clercq, will be joining Anywhere365 as a Product Director for the newly established Attendant and Reception productivity division. He will be reporting to CEO and Founder of Anywhere365, Gijs Geurts.

According to Lucas de Clercq, the new purchase will strengthen the company’s position in the global market for omnichannel communications software. It will also help the joint brands to better-serve their customer base of over 2,500 clients. Joining the Anywhere365 platform creates opportunities for the partner ecosystem and all of the PeterConnects employees.

The PeterConnects international team will join the Anywhere365 group immediately, improving the number of professionals available to support sales, product development, and support. According to the CEO, Gijs Geurts, the company is impressed by the growth trajectory of PeterConnects, the quality of its products, and its focus on customer service.
