RingCentral Launches Video in Europe

Market leaders in cloud communication and collaboration experiences, RingCentral, recently announced that their exciting new RingCentral Video (RCV) service would be available in Europe. Appearing as part of the RingCentral Office solution, the RingCentral Video meeting system will enhance the connections between teams wherever they are. The solution originally launched in the US earlier in the year and offers a range of capabilities and functions to transform user meetings.

3 Features to Up Your Chat Game on Microsoft Teams

There are some exciting new features appearing in the Microsoft Teams portfolio lately. As part of the 2020 Ignite event, Microsoft is introducing a selection of new ways to make Teams experiences feel more immersive. These changes include updates to the meeting service, as well as changes to the Teams chat experience.

Just some of the big changes to Teams coming soon include the ability to add up to 25,000 members to one team and access a new information pane where you can learn about the channel and its users.  Microsoft will also make it easier for companies to set up new teams in a matter of minutes using pre-built templates.
