Global UC provider net2phone has partnered with Salesforce to improve call efficiency within the CRM giant’s environment.
Net2phone for Salesforce is available on Salesforce AppExchange, the tech titan’s enterprise cloud marketplace. It enables outbound calls with one click, automatically populates inbound calls with customer information and account record details and allows everyone in the organisation to build accurate metrics based on call records.

The integration is intended to enhance to quality of customer interactions and call efficiency within the Salesforce environment, as well as extending the reach of Salesforce to facilitate data-driven voice communications. It provides unlimited calling to over 40 countries, live chat, call recording, WebRTC, mobile apps and advanced management analytics.
Net2phone for Salesforce is currently available in North America, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
