Neat has expanded its channel programme to now included distribution.

The vendor’s first distie partner is Midwich, which will carry its products in the US via its Starin brand, through Midwich Ltd in the UK and through Square One in Ireland.

Hellene Garcia, Head of Commercials for Neat, said:

“We are excited to expand Neat’s Global Partner Program to include additional partners and distributors, all of whom share our passion for solving customer challenges in the meeting space and making video even more accessible to businesses of all sizes around the world”

“With our new and existing partners, customers now have more flexibility in how they purchase Neat solutions, and we can provide even greater support for the entire customer journey of selecting and deploying video communications solutions.”

Neat first launched its partner programme last year and claims to have seen business via partners triple in the first half of 2021.

The expanded programme comes not long after Neat revealed it would develop its products to support Microsoft Teams, as well as Zoom.

The Midwich offering is also set to be expanded into mainland Europe.

Stuart Mizon, Group Commercial Director at Midwich, said: “The Midwich Group shares Neat’s passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers with cutting-edge technology and solutions.

“Neat’s unique devices offer rich video collaboration capabilities and will be a great addition to our global Unified Communications and Collaboration portfolio.”

Neat said it has 100 reseller partners around the world, including IT giants CDW, Insight and SHI.

The programme has three tiers: Neat Pro, Neat Advanced Pro and Neat Mastery Partners.

Partners receive more benefits and incentives as they advance through the tiers.
