MSP Digital Space has unveiled a new supply chain service to enable customers to procure IT and hardware quicker.
The new service is called Tech Space and is expected to transform how the MSP’s current and new customers purchase IT kit, and will encompass everything from sustainably disposing and recycling legacy hardware to delivering new equipment straight to the client’s door. It is expected to reduce industry wait times for customers.
The new service is Digital Space’s (formerly Timico) latest investment in bolstering its customer service offering.
“The launch of Tech Space marks an exciting new chapter for Digital Space,” stated Sarah Lambert-Gibbs, Head of Supply Chain Tower at Digital Space.
“In today’s digital era, we understand that our customers need new equipment quickly and efficiently. Tech Space aims to not only achieve an effective service but to ensure that the end-to-end customer journey is easy and as seamless as possible, taking away any hassle for the customer”
“Our Expert and Gold partnerships with leading world-class vendors also means that service users will receive the best equipment on the market, whilst also benefitting from competitive prices. In doing so, we can ensure we are best-placed to support customers no matter where they are on their digital journey.”
