Gamma is rebranding its two Benelux-based subsidiaries under the umbrella of Gamma Communications Nederland.

The European companies were acquisitions in recent years: Dean One in 2018 and gnTel in 2020. Both companies have been central to Gamma’s European expansion since their acquisitions and uniting under the one banner of Gamma Communications Nederland is expected to accelerate Gamma’s growth in these markets and create new opportunities for the company and its partners.

The rebranding also deepens the alignment with their parent company and presents a “unified” front in Europe, Gamma stated. As well as that, it represents the first step in Gamma’s long-term strategy in establishing one integrated company across all of its European subsidiaries.

“We are delighted to announce Dean One and gnTel’s name change,” stated Andrew Taylor, Gamma’s CEO.

“We have worked closely with our Benelux team to continue to consolidate the Gamma name in the European market and this is a great step towards the realisation of our long-term strategy. This announcement not only solidifies our position but also lays the foundations for a unified Gamma across the UK and Europe.”

Gerben Wijbenga, CEO of Gamma Communications Benelux, added: “This announcement is a positive development for all involved and we are excited to further contribute to Gamma’s growth strategy as Gamma Communications Nederland.

“Together with our partners, and with the support of our parent company, we will be able to provide our customers with better service and solutions from one, trusted party.”
