Analyst firm Frost and Sullivan has named Enreach as the highest-scoring Europe-based organisation for innovation in its latest Frost Radar on European hosted IP telephony and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). The fast-growing unified communications group improved its position in the Radar, which included just 23 companies out of more than 60 evaluated by the analyst firm. Enreach says it performed strongly against Frost and Sullivan’s innovation criteria of scalability, product portfolio, megatrends leverage, customer alignment and research and development.

“I’d like to thank everyone within the Enreach family and our valued customers and partners for their contribution to our innovation and continued growth,” said Stijn Nijhuis, the CEO of Enreach. “A high commitment to R&D and unification of the technologies within the group is well underway and is an area of continuous learning and improvement. For example, our group Cloud Contact Center solutions, AI technology, embedded voice and productivity tools are now available in many markets. Enreach has also continued investment in its leading cloud-based OSS/BSS portal for partners throughout the region.”

Enreach, which has expanded rapidly across Europe via acquisitions in the last two years,  now has teams in 24 offices across 10 countries, providing customers and partners with local knowledge and support. The execution of the group’s buy-and-build strategy puts it in a strong position to rapidly add and launch new services and products at scale across Europe.

“With its continued focus on adding inventive technology and expertise to the group, Enreach deserves its place as one of the most innovative leaders in the European hosted IP telephony and UCaaS market”, said Elka Popova, the Vice President of Research at Frost & Sullivan. “Its focus on enterprise mobility, including native FMC in many markets, blending of UCaaS with CCaaS, and investment in AI-based technologies are all examples of Enreach’s future-facing approach and growth potential.”

With a presence in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Finland and the Baltic States providing collaboration technology and telecoms services via its resellers, service provider partners and direct channels, Enreach’s integrations of its acquisitions are proceeding smoothly. “As well as a growth year for the whole IP telephony and UCaaS market, it has once more been one of many integration milestones for us, with much more to achieve,” added Nijhuis. “These include rebranding of Centile, HeroBase, Network Telecom, and Swyx as Enreach, and the launch of our Enreach Contact service in the UK and France, with more countries to follow. We have also grown thanks to the addition of Benemen, DSD Europe, Go2thecloud.com, OSS Networks, Pace Telecom, and IT and network services from Prewest.”

Aside from the acquisitions, Nijhuis also highlighted the deepening vendor partnerships that Enreach is engaging in. “We have extended our integration and offering of products from Microsoft and added other vendor partnerships into our portfolio,” he said. “So, as we head towards the end of 2021 with continued plans to evolve and develop, our customers and partners can view us as their one-stop-shop for their ICT needs and we thank them all for their continued support.”
