Life just got a whole lot easier for Yeastar clients: the leading SME PBX provider’s all-around remote management platform is now up and running!
Yeastar Central Management (or, in short, YCM) is a comprehensive interface for service providers, merging together the management of most Yeastar software and hardware (hosted or on-prem), including their P-Series, S-Series and gateways. The all-in-one platform allows Yeastar partners to access all their tools using a single partner ID instead of multiple disparate accounts, delivering service to their customers easily and effortlessly.
Easy Cloud-Based UCaaS Delivery
The new YCM platform allows service providers to quickly create hosted PBX instances for their customers with minimal effort, effectively having Yeastar doing all the underlying heavy lifting.
Yeastar’s Turnkey Solution – which is in fact a turnkey version of the company’s cloud edition P-Series PBX system – is the epitome of ‘ease of use’: it’s entirely preconfigured by Yeastar, who also handles deployment and maintenance for you. All you have to do is log into the YCM, create PBX instances, and you’re good to go. From there, you can scale things up and down according to your customer’s requirements and manage your business as you see fit.
Another bonus of the Turnkey Solution is that it’s based on a global server deployment. This means that you can choose to create a PBX instance using the server nearest to you or to your customer for optimal performance. Other than that, Yeastar clients can combine this solution with other VoIP products like IP phones and SIP trunks to create bespoke bundles.

Easy Remote Device Management
Other than enabling super-simply management of their hosted PBX solutions, YCM also offers remote management of Yeastar hardware, including both their hardware PBX and other Yeastar devices. In that respect, YCM functions as an upgraded version of the company’s Remote Management platform.
For service providers who are already using Yeastar’s Remote Management, there’s no reason to worry: the information on Remote Management is automatically synchronised and available on YCM.
All in all, it’s a perfect way for service providers to manage and troubleshoot issues for their customers in the COVID era, considering how problematic it might be for some to travel physically to a customer’s site.
What’s Next?
Yeastar Central Management is already a great way for service providers to offer stable service to customers while retaining their peace of mind, but Yeastar is planning on improving the platform even further.
According to the company’s 2022 roadmap, a new PBX Configuration Template feature will be added to YCM, and another feature allowing to schedule tasks will be expanded to support more of the company’s solutions.
