ASC Technologies UK and Pure IP have sealed a new partnership to deliver compliance recording on the Microsoft Teams platform.

Pure IP is a specialist in voice communication solutions as a global Microsoft Operator Connect partner, and ASC is a worldwide provider of software and cloud solutions in the field of omnichannel recording, quality management and analytics.

The partnership will help both enterprises and government organisations ensure the legal compliance of their Teams communications.

“ASC Recording Insights is the perfect addition to Pure IP’s managed voice solution for Teams,” said Gerald Kromer, Chief Executive Officer of ASC.

“Providing Pure IP customers with access to compliance recording allows customers to use Teams as their enterprise communications platform of choice.”

ASC and Pure IP have agreed that after a successful launch in the UK, a global expansion for the combined offering will be planned.
