Mavenir and Crexendo are now in a strategic and technological partnership, in which they are sharing their respective CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.

Crexendo is integrating Mavenir’s Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), which includes omnichannel customer engagement, automation and chatbots. Mavenir is implementing Crexendo’s Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).

Crexendo will offer CCaaS to its service providers, while Mavenir will have a mobile-optimized UCaaS solution for its mobile network partners. Both solutions can be re-branded by service providers.

Crexendo already had a basic CCaaS offering, but Mavenir has provided a much more robust solution.

According to NetSapiens (which was acquired by Crexendo last year), Mavenir will receive an industry-leading, mobile-friendly, cost-effective, and easy to deploy UCaaS solution, which will improve employee productivity and customer engagement.
