Vyopta has added Smart Diagnostics to its Technology Insights platform, providing augmented intelligence to enhance collaboration-related troubleshooting.
The new feature enables better decision-making around collaboration by crowd-sourcing feedback from customers and partners.
Smart Diagnostics collects call and meeting data from platforms and end-user devices, determines possible issues, puts them in order of priority, and applies its intelligent algorithm to resolve issues.
Jonathan Sass, Vice President of Product for Vyopta, said:
“Vyopta’s platform is unique in that it combines machine-generated insights with crowd-sourced feedback from all its users — customers and partners — around the world, to improve digital collaboration experiences.
“We’re pleased to be able to provide simple and highly valuable insights to customers.”
By implementing Smart Diagnostics, Vyopta is helping to democratize troubleshooting in unified communication and collaboration.
The technology gives more employees access to the solution, not just IT experts and engineers. For example, help desk teams will be able to isolate home WiFi issues more quickly and offer recommendations to fix the problem.
Vyopta’a Technology Insight’s platform, which now includes Smart Diagnostics, was formerly known as Collaboration Performance Management.
Last month, Vyopta launched a dedicated European Union Cloud, furthering its expansion into Europe.
Late last year, the company also began helping customers optimise Zoom with Zoom Phone monitoring and analytics.
Vyopta specialises in digital collaboration user experience management. The company claims to have helped 40 million people collaborate, and its Technology Insights and Space Insights are purported to have resolved over 9 million issues.
