8×8 Launches No-Code Automation Builder

8×8’s no-code Automation Builder enhances customer and employee experiences.  

Deployed via 8×8 Connect, the Automation Builder eases the workload for development teams and the reliance on developer infrastructure.  

The solution boosts customer experience by enabling various job roles, such as customer support and marketing teams, to build engaging experiences for customers.

By adding the 8×8 Connect Automation Builder, users can leverage its cross-channel orchestration capabilities within a consolidated interface. As a result, users will be able to see the wider context of communications, as well as actionable data streams from sales and marketing software.  

Features of the 8×8 Connect Automation Builder include automated workflows, customisable iterations, and drag and drop modules for complex workflows, and pre-built templates.  

The solution also has a communication workflow builder for channels such as voice, chat, and SMS, and enhanced processes for marketing, customer support and operational managers.
