We are planning at UC Today for the upcoming UC Summit 2023, where we will be taking hybrid head-on.

On the back of hosting UC Summits in 2021 and 2022, we have upgraded the experience for 2023 to make it even better for those who attend.

However, an upgraded experience isn’t the only reason why you should join us; there will be plenty of guest speakers from the UC and collaboration industry, as well as exclusive information that you won’t see anywhere else.

Despite all the improvements, the one constant is that UC Summit 2023 will remain free to participate in our live and on-demand sessions, so click here to register now.

What is UC Summit 2023?

UC Summit 2023 is a five-day video series that kicks off on Monday, January 23, and will run until Friday, January 27.

Over the week, users can check out our premium collection of featured sessions, panel discussions and vendor interviews from across the UC and Collaboration industry.

The entire thing will be hosted solely at UCToday.com, so you don’t have to worry about booking travel or accommodation; you can join us from wherever you are in the world.

Why You Should Attend

Exclusive News

Throughout UC Summit 2023, we will be bringing you exclusive news from the biggest names in the UC and collaboration industry that you won’t find anywhere else.

Topics, such as hybrid meeting rooms, endpoints, employee experience, customer engagement, and more, will be covered to give you the perfect insight to set your business up for 2023.

You also don’t have to worry about missing any of this exclusive news, as the video series will be available on-demand for the entire year following the end of the summit.

Industry Guest Speakers

As we know, the world of UC and collaboration is a fast-paced environment with new products and innovations being developed and released every week.

Due to this, it can be pretty hard to keep up with what specific companies are doing or get the chance to hear about why there are making the choices that they do.

So we wanted to bring some of the leading names in UC and collaboration in one place to deliver their insight on the industry.

We are pleased to announce that UC Summit 2023 will include speakers from companies such as Cisco, Poly, RingCentral, NICE, and NUWAVE.

The UC Today team will bring you confirmation of who the guest speakers are at a later date, so make sure you keep an eye out for that.

Insightful Sessions

We are pleased to announce that the BIG UC UPDATE is returning at UC Summit 2023.

This video series will see the UC Today team uncover product roadmaps and offer views the scoop on what is coming in 2023 from the leading UC vendors.

Organisations such as Theta Lake, CallTower, RingCentral, and Poly, have been confirmed to participate in our BIG UC UPDATE.

As the focus of UC Summit 2023 will be surrounding hybrid working, and how organisations can optimise their working patterns, we will be hosting panels on topics such as How to Create a Successful Hybrid Working Culture.

Industry leaders will be on hand to offer their analysis of what they believe is a successful hybrid workplace and provide insight into what they think the upcoming hybrid trends will be.

During UC Summit 2023, we will also look at how you can keep your hybrid workforce safe from potential online threats and data leaks in the Mitigation of the Inevitable – Securing Your UCaaS Platform.

A recent report from Hornetsecurity shows that more than half of organisations which use the Microsoft Teams platform share “business-critical” information.

Therefore the team here at UC Today believe it is essential that bring you the most up-to-date information on how you can keep yourself and your employees safe while remote working.

In the world of hybrid work, a common theme from organisations is streamlining workflows for their employees and customers.

Some vendors are looking at ways to combine their UCaaS and CCaaS platforms into one, so we will shine some light on the topic with the “Should You Combine your UCaaS and CCaaS Platform?” panel.

These are just a taster of some of the sessions we will be hosting, and we are also bringing back UC Trends, which sees the winners of our UC Awards 2022 give an insight into a topic that links to the category in which they were successful.

We will be bringing you much more information about the content of our sessions very soon.
