Vyopta and Zoom have partnered to give organisations a “total user experience” using AI.
The companies aim to improve employee and customer engagement, technology performance, workspace utilisation and ROI when using Zoom.
The partnership is also designed to help organisations streamline the adoption of Zoom functionalities such as Meetings, Phone, Rooms, and Webinars by using Vyopta’s Collaboration Intelligence Platform.
Mitch Ricks, Global Leader of ISV Partnerships and Strategy at Zoom, commented: “Together, we share many enterprise customers where Zoom and Vyopta are delivering better experiences through our integrations.
“This partnership enables us to continue to work together in delivering unique value to our customers across their specific IT technology solutions.”
As Vyopta’s Collaboration Intelligence Platform supports various Zoom functionalities, users can expect the following:
- Call and meeting quality alerts, in-depth call metrics and historical analytics to allow organisations to monitor and optimise user experiences proactively.
- Organisations can monitor the status of Zoom Rooms, including Zoom-enabled in-person conference rooms, to identify and resolve any potential issues quickly.
- IT teams can monitor Zoom Phone, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Webinars to track overall user experience and performance.
Alfredo Ramirez, CEO of Vyopta, added: “Over the past few years, Zoom has become so ingrained in our day-to-day lives that it has transcended the brand to become a verb.
“We offer organisations with multiple platforms, including Zoom, unique visibility into usage, performance, and issue detection, enabling them to overcome the challenges of hybrid collaboration and improving the quality of user experience.”
In July, Vyopta expanded its support for Zoom Phone and Rooms.
As a result of the additional support, users can troubleshoot video and audio calls, and gain insights by tracking key metrics from Zoom investment to improve adoption, optimise costs, boost productivity, and train other colleagues.
For Zoom Phone and Rooms, Vyopta provides users with real-time monitoring, quality of experience scoring, advanced alerting and automated reporting.
Technical support can be gained for isolated incidents and systemic issues, concurrent call usages, dial-outs, and disconnect issues.
Earlier this year, the company launched a dedicated European Union Cloud as it looked to expand.
According to Vyopta, a leading car manufacturer, a technology consultancy firm, and organisations from government, healthcare, finance, and other industries had already enrolled to use their new European cloud before its launch.
Vyopta, which provides UC analytics and room insights, already has two similar cloud networks in the US: FedRAMP Security Authorised commercial clouds.
