Webex and NexGen Virtual Give Users Customisable Digital Offices

NexGen Virtual has confirmed that its application is now available for Webex by Cisco customers to give users a hybrid and secure work experience.

The integration of NexGen Virtual with Webex gives users customisable digital offices for remote and hybrid workforces.

NexGen’s 3D office floor plans allow employees to see who is available easily, which allows for impromptu meetings and improved collaboration.

Joseph Jacoboni, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NexGen Virtual, commented: “We are excited to be a partner with Webex to power the most comprehensive Hybrid Work technology by bringing a revolutionary digital office platform that creates a place and presence.

“Together, this integration elevates the overall daily work environment and experience.

“NexGen Virtual brings local and global teams together even when they are disparate.”

By deploying NexGen Virtual, users can access encrypted video conferencing, collaborative whiteboarding, screen and document sharing, and advanced live chat.

The company has designed the app to assist and support managers and employees to bring the physical office feeling to the remote and hybrid work environment.

The app is available to browser-based desktop users, or it can be deployed on the go with a mobile app.

NexGen Virtual states that alongside Webex, it is helping to transform and empower the hybrid working environment by boosting productivity, team relationships, and engagement worldwide.

Webex has focused on driving the hybrid working environment forward over the last few years. It has recently unveiled new integrations between its Webex platform and Apple devices to offer more flexibility.

The features allow people to use their iPhone for Mobile Camera Share and Continuity Camera.

According to Cisco, the features offer in-office, remote, and hybrid workers the tools they need when working in different environments.

Cisco further put hybrid work at the forefront of its innovations, and in November, it revealed six new specifications through the company’s partner program.

The six new specialisations focus on the biggest market opportunities for Cisco partners, such as hybrid cloud, hybrid work, secure access service edge (SASE), and more.

The design of the solution specialisations showcases partner value to customers and highlights the different types of solutions that partners are selling in today’s market.
