Tiger and Oak Innovation have formed a strategic partnership to strengthen their service offerings by selling each other’s key products.
Data analytics provider Tiger will now offer Oak Innovation’s ClarifyGo recording solution, while call recording experts Oak Innovation will add Tiger Prism to its product portfolio.
CalirfyGo is a Microsoft-certified solution, centring around compliance, dispute resolution, sales, and customer service, whereas Tiger Prism assists clients in business decision-making with their UC data.
Ben Nicklen, CEO at Tiger, spoke about the new partnership: “We continually discuss driving product development and creating our own intellectual property.
“However, often our customers ask us about call recording and contact centre software. “Rather than reinvent the wheel, we know this is a specialist area for Oak Innovation, so it was the next logical step.”
The partnership will benefit both companies’ customers through the new features on offer, as well as providing the companies themselves with a broader market as a result of their expanded product range.
Oak Innovation has a wide customer base, with the majority being in the finance sector, local authorities, and government agencies from the UK and US.
Tiger’s customers are medium to large enterprises, and it is planning to leverage Oak Innovation’s North American connections, as well as secure partnerships across Europe and South Africa.
Both Tiger and Oak Innovation have partnerships with communications providers, such as Microsoft, Cisco, and Zoom.
Plans to form a strategic partnership began in May 2023, with both sides motivated to provide their customers with a greater product range.
Oak Innovation CEO William Emm, commented: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Tiger to deliver a complete call management solution to Teams resellers and their customers.
“Prism is a fantastic product, sitting perfectly alongside ClarifyGo to help organisations better understand call activity, support compliance and improve performance.”
The combined product offering allows customers to record calls compliantly, meet privacy regulations, improve customer service offerings, and add tracking key call data, including device usage, call times, and licenses.
The collaboration will enable both brands to provide high-quality customer experiences by pooling their product capabilities while maintaining their independence.
Tiger and Oak Innovation are now aiming to gain £1 million ARR in the first 12 months.
According to Tiger, they are both open to expanding on their arrangement and exploring other potential developments in the future.
Nicklen continued: “After over 20 years of our organisations admiring each other from a friendly distance, I am so excited about the opportunity to partner and collaborate with Oak Innovation.
“Bringing together two of the best-known brands in the UC ecosystem will enable our customers to benefit from excellent products, services and continue to drive business value in UC analytics and compliance recording technology. Watch this space!”
This partnership will help Tiger to achieve its aim of adding 100 customers to its ecosystem, as part of its five-year growth plan.
Last month, Nicklen told UC Today that is looking to increase its client base of around 600, specifically relating to its Microsoft and Zoom solutions.
In May this year, UC Today’s Tom Wright spoke to Richard Garel-Jones, Product Director, Oak Innovation about the biggest challenges to Oak’s partners, upcoming features, the company’s product roadmap, and more.
