Airtame has partnered with Jabra to ‘eliminate’ hybrid meeting challenges through video conferencing flexibility alongside the latest collaboration solutions.

Customers will be able to leverage Airtame’s hybrid conferencing platform with Jabra’s compatible solutions to improve communication and collaboration in organisations, schools, and hybrid workplaces.

Through this strategic alliance, these two Danish technology companies are introducing “simpler, smarter, and more engaging” collaboration experiences to the audio-visual industry.

Jonas Gyalokay, Airtame Co-Founder, believes the partnership further enables Airtame to achieve its aim: “Partnering with other industry-leading companies is critical to us so that we can provide end-users with the flexible solutions and support required to thrive while collaborating across hybrid workspaces.

“Joining with Jabra allows Airtame to stay true to our mission of delivering a seamless hybrid meeting experience to anyone, anywhere, at any time.”

The Airtame hybrid conferencing platform has been designed to integrate with peripheral manufacturers for advanced hybrid meeting experiences, including compatibility with Microsoft Teams and  Zoom. Google Meet and Webex compatibility is due to be available soon.

Airtame’s integration with Jabra’s collaboration solutions allows for optimal integration without sacrificing on the quality or performance of either solution.

The Jabra Speak range includes speaker phones, which pair with the Airtame Hub, such as the Panacast 180-degree, field of view, meeting room camera, and the Panacast 20 personal webcam. Both the Jabra Pancast and the Jabra Panacast 20 have been reviewed by UC Today.

Another option from the series, which was announced at InfoComm this year, is the Jabra Panacast 50 all-in-one video bar. Microsoft IntelliFrame is being integrated into the Panacast 50, featuring multiple video streams, plus face and voice-recognition capabilities, making it one of the first Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows video bars to do so.

As a result of these new integration capabilities, Airtame’s platform has achieved greater flexibility, with hybrid meeting options to fit small, mid-sized, and large conferencing spaces.

Holger Reisinger, SVP, Jabra Enterprise Video Solutions, commented on the new partnership: “Our partnerships within the collaboration technology ecosystem provide solution options for customers.

“The Airtame solution provides a choice for customers who want a flexible solution for their hybrid environments.”

Earlier this month, Airtame partnered with EPOS to enhance its hybrid meeting offering.

Customers can benefit from Airtame’s hardware-enabled SaaS platform that allows screen sharing, digital signage, and video conferencing, as well as EPOS’ premium audio and video enterprise solutions.

More specifically, the strategic alliance has resulted in Airtame Hybrid being compatible with the EPOS EXPAND Vision 1M, EXPAND Vision 1, EXPAND 30 Series, EXPAND 40 Series, and EXPAND 80 Series, which form the ideal hybrid meeting solutions for small, medium, and large conferencing spaces.

UC Today’s David Dungay spoke to Josh Blalock, Chief Video Evangelist at Jabra, about the Panacast 50, Jabra 360, and the future of hybrid work, which includes a focus on artificial intelligence.

Jabra recently released research into the opportunities and obstacles to effective hybrid work meetings, which found that Millennials are more than four times as likely to feel excluded in online meetings than Boomers.

Other findings included more than 55 percent of colleagues reporting that video makes them feel as involved as when they are in the office, and 55 percent also believed that colleagues appear more engaged when their video is on.
