Tollring will launch its new AI-powered cloud call recording solution, Record AI, in January.

Record AI intends to revolutionize organizations’ call recording by democratising AI automation, making platform-agnostic compliance call recording and intelligent call analysis widely accessible for businesses of any scale. Initially launched on Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for IP networks, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco BroadWorks, Record AI will extend its reach to all organizational users, transcending traditional contact centre boundaries.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring, said:

Record AI leverages the latest in technology to help organisations of all sizes to improve customer communications. We make it easy to record, highlight and analyse the calls the matter – automatically and immediately – and at scale, enabling businesses to transform the customer experience.”

This solution aims to enhance operational efficiencies on a large scale, simplifying processes and providing insights into customer sentiment, trends, and behavioural patterns. The ambition is for broader improvement in the overall customer experience.

Record AI’s availability to service providers is streamlined through a subscription model, offering the added flexibility of white-labelling for consistent branding across the portfolio. This approach ensures that organizations of all sizes can leverage the impact of AI-driven automation, fostering a transformative impact on customer interactions and operational workflows.

“Affordable AI, coupled with easy implementation, is poised to democratise the technology,” Martino added. “Channel providers now have access to innovative solutions to engage their customers together with the potential for substantial profit margins without requiring extensive investment.”

What Else Has Tollring Been Up To This Year?

In September, Tollring introduced iCall Suite call analytics for Microsoft Teams Phone as a way for businesses to analyse and improve customer experience.

The UK-based cloud call analytics specialist believes the iCall Suite for Teams adds value to resellers’ Microsoft portfolios, expanding customer ARPU and retention figures in a competitive marketplace.

In 2021, Tollring launched Analytics 365, a workplace analytics native app for Microsoft Teams, which offered managers insights into employee wellbeing and productivity. Tollring said the iCall Suite strengthened its relationship with Microsoft by building on the Analytics 365 transactable app, which was introduced to the Microsoft Teams marketplace earlier this year.

According to Tollring, the iCall Suite is easy to use and includes intuitive dashboards that aid users in viewing and measuring business-critical performance KPIs. Organisations can find it easier to meet service levels, maximise revenues, and gain business clarity with access to analytics information, such as unreturned missed calls, grade of service, percentage of calls answered, and caller tolerance in queues.

Reports are accessible from any browser, and they can be customised, downloaded, scheduled, and shared to enable speedy decision-making. iCall Suite is also easy to deploy through seamless automation and synchronisation with the Microsoft 365 active directory.
