Evolve IP Announces New CEO

Evolve IP has appointed Jeff Coursen as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Coursen will oversee a “new phase of leadership” for the remote solutions provider and succeed Pete Stevenson effective immediately, with Stevenson stepping down from the CEO role.

Coursen’s appointment is only the first of significant C-Suite change at Evolve IP, with a new Chief Product Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer named Peter Eisengrein, Martin Call and Bryan VanderGast, respectively.

Coursen said:

It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to lead Evolve IP in this next chapter. We are focused on executing our go-to-market strategy, driving innovation, and leveraging the deep technical expertise within the Company to continue delivering valuable solutions to our customers. I am also thrilled to recognize the promotions across our team and acknowledge the vital roles these leaders are playing in our organization.”

Coursen joined Evolve IP in 2017 and became a critical figure, assuming the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Adviser. With a robust CV spanning over two decades, Coursen brings extensive expertise in operations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning within the technology sector.

“Evolve IP is fortunate to have an abundance of talent and experience across the Company’s leadership team, and today’s announcements are a prime example of that,” added Drew Loucks, Evolve IP Board Member and Managing Director at Great Hill Partners. “We’re confident that Jeff is the right person to take on the CEO role at this point in the Company’s history, given his significant expertise and deep knowledge of the Company.”

What Did Evolve IP Get Up To in 2023?

In October, Evolve IP and Dubber partnered to develop an AI-powered call recording platform for businesses.

Evolve IP and Dubber’s speech intelligence platform is powered by Dubber’s “Moments” and is called Anywhere Call Recording. Moments is Dubber’s award-winning network-based speech intelligence and pre-packaged sentiment analysis designed to improve the customer experience. It is a productised AI that integrates swiftly with many platforms already present in businesses’ tech stack.
