LeapXpert, ASC Partner on Microsoft Teams Compliance Solution

LeapXpert has partnered with ASC to produce a communications compliance solution for Microsoft Teams.

The collaboration entails delivering a compliance recording service for external Teams voice and text communications.

The partnership was partly prompted by heightened regulatory scrutiny on communication channels for regulated industries and entities. This collaboration facilitates regulated organisations’ leveraging of Teams for external communications and ensures compliance with record-keeping requirements by recording all calls and messages.

The LeapXpert Communications Platform, accessible through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams. It allows Teams users to engage in compliant communication with external parties via WhatsApp, iMessage, WeChat, and SMS directly from the Teams interface.

This platform elevates the customer experience for Microsoft customers, boosts employee productivity, and affirms enterprise data ownership and governance standards.

ASC’s Recording Insights is fully integrated within Teams, seamlessly linking with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and scaling across Microsoft Azure’s global infrastructure. Tailored for compliance management, this solution employs its AI Policy Engine to build upon Teams’ compliance features. It means that both ASC and Microsoft clients are granted the necessary tools to navigate increasingly stringent regulations.
