MAXHUB has received a Microsoft Teams certification for its XCore Kit, which enables business to turn their small and medium Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) meeting rooms into certified Microsoft Teams Rooms.

The global leader in integrated communications and display solutions, MAXHUB, believes this will provide cost efficiency and improved experiences for hybrid teams and collaborations.

The XCore Kit is part of the MAXHUB XT Series Teams Rooms solution, which includes a console kit, scamera options, a speakerphone, and display options.

Darren Lin, CEO of MAXHUB US, commented on its XCore Kit: “We aim to foster inspiration and meaningful connections. The remarkable affordability of the MAXHUB XCore Kit is a direct outcome of our unique position as the sole solution provider in the market that delivers a complete array of in-house-developed unified communication, display, and interactive flat panel product portfolios.

“Our 19-year experience of extensive research and development, coupled with our robust supply chain management capabilities, significantly reduces the barrier to entry for accessing the Microsoft Teams Rooms experience.”

MAXHUB XCore Kit comprises a computer and console and can be easily integrated with existing meeting room systems, which helps to extend the lifetime of legacy investments.

MAXHUB XCore Kit Features

The kit includes a 105-inch and 21:9 display, with the option to utilise a 16:9 display from the CMA Series, which has sizes from 43 to 96 inches.

It has a Windows-based compute model with a 12th Generation Intel Core Processor and TPM 2.0 to ensure meeting security.

A touch console within the kit has an antiglare 10.1-inch full HD touch screen to ease collaboration and management experiences.

A USB-C cable system lets users connect their front-of-room displays and existing USB peripherals.

The kit offers seamless integration with MAXGUB and its meeting room ecosystem, as well as other meeting room systems.

Finally, a three-year warranty and local support are also included as part of the solution.

MAXHUB XT Series

The MAXHUB XT Series integrates with Microsoft Teams Rooms through its broad product portfolio of console kits, peripherals, and display options to provide what MAXHUB describes as the “optimal choice’ for hybrid meetings.

The MAXHUB XT 10—VB Kit is available within the XT Series and bundles the MAXHUB UC S07 video bar with frontline one-cable deployment.

The XT10-WS Kit includes a UC BM35 speakerphone and UC W31 smart camera, effectively meeting audio-video requirements.

There are also separate audio and video peripherals, plus commercial displays of varying sizes and ratios, to integrate into existing meeting equipment, which enables users to personalise their setups to suit their individual needs.

In its press release announcing these latest certifications, MAXHUB describes some of the further benefits of its XT Series: “MAXHUB’s commitment to providing a comprehensive range of solutions for modern meeting spaces extends beyond just hardware.

“With the MAXHUB XT Series, users not only get top-notch devices but also a one-stop shopping experience for all their meeting room needs.

“With the comprehensive lineup, MAXHUB continues to empower organisations with seamless, efficient, and innovative meeting solutions.”

MAXHUB released the XT Series in July 2023 to bring “convenience and efficiency” into the user journey, from procurement, installation, and utilisations to post-maintenance.

Earlier this month, MAXHUB partnered with Nureva to deliver Microsoft Teams Rooms bundles for an inclusive and compelling meeting experience.
