ASC Technologies has been certified as a Webex Call recording provider, making it ‘one of the few’ vendors authorised to do so.

The recording solutions provider, ASC, can also offer Webex Calling customers its AI-driven analytics to create a comprehensive view of their communications, improve customer relationships, compliance, and risk management processes.

According to ASC, recording capabilities are critical for organisations operating within regulated industries with strict compliance standards.

Webex Call Recording Partners

In November last year, Webex added a page to its Help Center outlining the various partner offerings that can provide call recording services on Webex Calling, including Dubber Go, Dubber Standard and AI, Imagicle, and CallCabinet Compliance Call Recording and AI.

Dubber Go offers unlimited call recordings, with each recording stored for one month. Recordings can only be accessed and managed by users via the Dubber portal.

Dubber Standard and AI also provide unlimited recordings, but recordings can be accessed by the administrator as well.

Imagicle is a cloud-based voice recording solution with analytics, sentiment analysis, transcriptions, and screen recording. It has unlimited storage space on Imagicle Cloud and the ability as well as the option to store recordings on-premise via local storage.

CallCabinet Compliance Call Recording and AI includes next generation AI that uses machine learning to create real-time business intelligence for all communications environments. The CallCabinet Compliance Cloud also provides unlimited cloud storage with the possibility to store recordings locally.

Last month, ASC partnered with LeapXpert to produce a recording solution for Microsoft Teams, allowing users to engage in compliant communication with third parties using SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, and iMessage from the Teams interface.

In January this year, Nuwave and Webex formed a strategic partnership to simplify the certification and onboarding process for Webex Calling.
