Tollring is integrating its Analytics 365 Call Analytics and Call Recording services into the TCAP platform as part of a new global strategic alliance between the two companies.

The TCAP platform, ‘TCAP Services Hub’, is a leading automation provisioning platform for service providers to offer Microsoft Teams Voice Services, as well as various voice and migration services.

It is designed to ease provisioning, configuration, and billing, and it will now be able to add call analytics and recording services to that list too.

Describing itself as a “leading telco-as-a-service company”, PingCo works to streamline the necessary process for service providers, managed service providers, and systems integrators to perform following approval to join Microsoft’s Operator Connect and Direct Routing programmes.

Dan Pearson, CEO and Founder of Pingco, spoke out about the value that Tolring’s services could bring to its customers: “We are seeing a huge uptick in the Teams Calling market with Operator Connect, and are helping our partners to capitalise on the global VoIP services market which is expected to reach $102.5 billion by 2026.

“Adding services likes Analytics 365 to the TCAP platform gives our partners a range of new valuable applications to deliver to their customers.

“In turn, it gives end customers access to the tools and services they need to understand how they communicate on the Teams platform and insights into how to improve the overall customer experience.”

According to Tollring, Analytics 365 Call Analytics simplifies visualisation and business-critical call performance measurements across Teams Phone activity for businesses of all sizes.

By using the analytics solution alongside it’s AI-powered Call Recording solution, it can bring about an unheralded improvement in customer experience with the help of its insights into customer sentiment, behavioural patterns, and trends.

TollRing’s Recent Advancements

Tollring, believes the iCall Suite for Teams adds value to resellers’ Microsoft portfolios, growing customer ARPU and retention figures in a competitive marketplace.

“Seamless integration with TCAP enables service providers to transform their Teams proposition and add tangible value to maximise customer experience.”
