“People are eating partners’ lunch,” Ronchetti said. “Partners are definitely starting to take notice, and we’ve seen a significant increase in demand for the products we’ve taken on.

“Every partner needs to have support for Teams in their portfolio. Otherwise, there’s not going to be a lot of the market left for them to go for.”

Evolving with Emerging Technologies

Voiceflex’s proactive approach involves continually expanding its portfolio to align with emerging trends and technologies.

“We’ve taken on AudioCodes Live Cloud product, which not only interfaces with Microsoft but also does Zoom and will shortly be doing Webex too,” Ronchetti said.

“This is a bit like an SBC as a service, but it also automates a lot of the customer journey set-up within Teams.

“Traditionally, Voiceflex has been very focused on Direct Routing, but this will allow us to become an Operator Connect provider, and we’re going through that process now.”
