Tollring has unveiled its new solution, Analytics 365 AI-Powered Recording, which is now available on the Microsoft Azure and AppSource Marketplaces.

This new compliant recording feature on Microsoft Teams completes Tollring’s Analytics 365 portfolio, offering transcription and automated AI-driven keyword, topic, sentiment, and outcome analysis at scale. Organisations of all sizes can leverage their recordings to gain new insights into customer journeys, trends, and behavioural patterns, driving improvements in customer experience.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring, said:

Having all three Analytics 365 applications transactable in the Azure and AppSource marketplaces is a huge enabler for our customers and partners. The Analytics 365 suite enables organisations to completely transform end-to-end customer experiences, and is very quick and easy to access.”

“I’m particularly thrilled to be adding AI-Powered Recording to the suite, since although necessary for compliance, it unlocks new depths of insight that previously could only be extracted through manual, human interaction,” added Martino. “Insights on customer sentiment and behaviours can now be delivered quickly and at scale.”

Analytics 365 AI-Powered Recording is available for purchase on the marketplace. The starting price is $5 RRP per recorded user, and for advanced AI functionality, it starts at $10 RRP per recorded user.

More Details On Analytics 365

The trio of Analytics 365 Call Analytics, Collaboration Analytics, and now AI-Powered Recording aims to provide users with intuitive visual insights that reveal trends and patterns of behaviour across all types of communication within Microsoft Teams.

A consistent and user-friendly interface across the suite enables managers to understand performance and productivity across every part of their business. By comparing real-time and historical insights, organisations can gauge their operational performance and identify new strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business performance.

Service providers and MSPs can access the combined benefits of the Analytics 365 portfolio via Microsoft’s marketplaces, their own marketplace, or as an integral part of their solutions. Tollring’s analytics offer tangible differentiation within their Direct Routing and Operator Connect offerings while also being easy to implement using the familiar interface of Tollring’s traditional cloud-based analytics platforms.

Tollring’s Impressive Start To 2024

Tollring has released several noteworthy solutions to kick off 2024 in earnest.

In March, Tollring announced it was integrating its Analytics 365 Call Analytics and Call Recording services into the TCAP platform as part of a new global strategic alliance between the two companies.

The TCAP platform, “TCAP Services Hub”, is a leading automation provisioning platform designed for service providers to offer Microsoft Teams Voice Services and various voice and migration services. It simplifies provisioning, configuration, and billing processes, and now it can also include call analytics and recording services in its offerings.

Last month, Tollring revealed its innovative AI-powered call recording solution, Record AI, is now available.

Now being distributed to channel partners, Record AI is a platform-agnostic cloud call recording solution that streamlines compliance efforts and adds automated intelligence to a provider’s product lineup.

Tollring emphasises that Record AI is an essential component of its integrated portfolio of call and collaboration analytics solutions. This empowers service providers to distinguish themselves and enhance their offerings with a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge software applications.
