Evolve IP and BroadSource have extended their partnership to deliver an enhanced system of securing card payments by phone.
The collaboration aims to leverage BroadSource’s proficiency in managing a secure and reliable cloud comms platform. At the same time, Evolve IP brings its expertise in customising solutions and offering access to its extensive partner network and customer base.
Evolve IP’s Secure Call technology is now generally available across the UK and Europe, providing partners with reliable service and support.
More Specifics On The New Solution
Evolve IP is utilising BroadSource’s PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant technology to offer the solution within their Anywhere Product Suite. Evolve IP stresses it stands out by ensuring that customer credit card information is never captured or stored during business interactions, such as sales or collection calls. Both voice and screen recordings do not entail sensitive customer information.
Integrating Secure Call into Evolve IP’s technologies aspires to introduce a new standard for secure communication in business contexts, seeking to address the critical need for reliable and compliant interactions. Evolve IP’s Secure Call solution safeguards voice comms, enabling sensitive customer card information to remain protected.
Both BroadSource and Evolve IP stress their commitment committed to innovation and customer-centricity. By leveraging their combined strengths, the two companies intend to establish a new benchmark in secure communications, offering a product that meets current market needs and also anticipates future security challenges.
What Else Has Evolve IP Got Up To In 2024?
In July, Evolve IP and Tango Networks partnered to launch Anywhere Mobile, a new solution empowering enterprise mobile users.
Anywhere Mobile is designed to bring desk phone functionalities to personal mobile devices, supporting Evolve IP’s “work from anywhere” strategy.
In partnership with Tango Networks, this service provides Evolve IP EMEA partners with greater flexibility in device usage, fostering a BYOD (bring your own device) culture across different industries. According to Evolve IP, this innovation is intended to boost efficiency and convenience by converting any employee’s personal mobile phone into a fully integrated business communication tool.
Meanwhile, in February, Evolve IP appointed Jeff Coursen as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Coursen was tasked with managing a new phase of leadership for the remote solutions provider, succeeding Pete Stevenson as CEO. Coursen’s appointment highlighted the beginning of prominent changes in Evolve IP’s C-suite. Peter Eisengrein has been named Chief Product Officer, Martin Call as Chief Operating Officer, and Bryan VanderGast as Chief Accounting Officer.
