Zoom To Offer Vyopta Solutions Through ISV Exchange Partnership

Vyopta has become a Zoom ISV Exchange Program partner, enabling Zoom to offer Vyopta’s collaboration solutions directly to its customers.

The Program entails Zoom selling select ISV (Independent Software Vendor) solutions to its customers. The Vyopta collaboration specifically involves integrating its collaboration and analytics portfolio directly into the Zoom platform. This intends to produce a complete, unified experience that tackles both technological and business requirements.

Alfredo Ramirez, CEO of Vyopta, commented:

We are thrilled to be an early partner in the Zoom ISV Exchange Program. This partnership underscores our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that leverage the power of Zoom’s platform to optimize collaboration and enable seamless communication for businesses of all sizes.”

The Zoom ISV Exchange Program aims to unite leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to create integrations and solutions that enhance the Zoom platform.

“Zoom is committed to providing our customers with simplicity and choice when it comes to how they deploy the Zoom platform within their organization,” said Paul Magnaghi, Head of AI and ISV Acceleration at Zoom. “Vyopta is one of the premier platforms to help deliver critical insights across our mutual customers organizations.”

As a partner, Vyopta says it will work closely with Zoom to develop and promote integrated solutions, ultimately enhancing the overall Zoom experience and bolstering productivity on a global scale.

“We are excited to welcome Vyopta to the Zoom ISV Exchange Program,” added Magnaghi. “Their expertise in collaboration intelligence will bring added value to our customers, helping unlock new levels of efficiency and productivity in their collaboration workflows.”

What Has Vyopta Been Up To Recently?

Vyopta and Zoom have maintained a long-term partnership. Last December, that collaboration expanded when Vyopta integrated Zoom‘s Quality of Service Subscription (QSS) support for Zoom Phones to enhance real-time analytics and diagnostics.

Vyopta expanded its partnership with Zoom by utilising Zoom’s new APIs to introduce enhanced monitoring functionality. This collaboration included the development of the QSS feature, aspiring to revolutionise how businesses assess and manage the user experience for Zoom Phone, improving general service quality.

Meanwhile, last month, Vyopta upgraded its platform to provide advanced features around space utilisation and hybrid collaboration.

The new capabilities feature location-based reporting, improved monitoring, visualisations of User Experience Score components, enhanced voice telephony call merge logic, and Space Insights partner support for critical Vyopta partners. Together, these updates aim to enhance the effectiveness of meeting space utilization and collaboration, providing greater value and benefits for users.

What About Zoom?

In August, Zoom announced the addition of AI-powered smart name tags intended to enhance meeting engagement and inclusivity.

Now in its public beta for Zoom Rooms, this feature uses AI to automatically assign name tags to individuals in a Zoom Room. The goal is to enhance the virtual meeting experience by enabling remote participants to easily identify who is present in the room, promoting more connected and seamless interactions.
