CallTower is launching its new CallTower Analytics Collaboration for Microsoft Teams solution to elevate enterprise insights.

CallTower Analytics Collaboration for Microsoft Teams is positioned as a solution that enables organisations to optimise workplace collaboration. By delivering in-depth insights into comms patterns, employee wellbeing, and general productivity, the tool seeks to assist businesses in fostering a more connected and efficient workforce.

“With CallTower Analytics Collaboration, we’re providing businesses with an essential tool to leverage data effectively within their communication environments,” said William Rubio, Chief Revenue Officer at CallTower.

By delivering actionable insights, we enable organisations to foster collaboration, improve employee wellbeing, and enhance operational performance. This product represents a significant step forward in how we support our customers’ success in the modern workplace.”

CallTower Analytics Collaboration integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams to provide organisations with robust insights through four analytics modules: Chat Analytics, Meeting Analytics, Employee Wellbeing, and Reporting. CallTower outlines that these modules are designed to help organisations make data-driven business decisions.

Introduced in July 2024, CallTower Analytics for Calling grants real-time call analytics and actionable insights tailored for Microsoft Teams Operator Connect. This tool intends to empower organisations with detailed reporting to bolster decision-making and streamline comms workflows.

Together with CallTower Analytics for Collaboration, it enables businesses to optimise Microsoft Teams environments, improve productivity, and refine comms strategies, which CallTower says signals a major advancement in business communications.

More Specifics On The Modules’ Feature Sets

The Chat Analytics module offers valuable insights into communication trends within the organisation. It analyses metrics such as chat volume, response times, sentiment, and interaction patterns, enabling teams to identify areas for improvement in their communication dynamics.

With Meeting Analytics, CallTower explains that businesses can monitor virtual meeting habits to optimise efficiency. This module tracks attendance, engagement levels, and overall meeting patterns, allowing organisations to ensure productive collaboration during remote or hybrid work scenarios.

The Employee Wellbeing module is pitched as being central to supporting employee wellness. It provides visibility into potential burnout risks by analysing factors like back-to-back meetings, long working hours, and out-of-hours work. By identifying these risks, organisations can proactively promote a healthier work-life balance for their teams.

Lastly, the Reporting module allows businesses to produce detailed, customisable reports. Leveraging real-time data, this feature ensures that decision-makers have the insights they need to make informed, strategic choices.
