Owl Labs has confirmed that several of its meeting rooms products have been certified for Microsoft Teams to boost seamless hybrid work.
Owl Labs’ Meeting Owl 3 and Owl Bar products have achieved certification for Teams. Meanwhile, the Meeting Owl 4+ is currently undergoing the certification process, which Owl Labs says reinforces its commitment to delivering seamless, reliable solutions for Teams users.
Frank Weishaupt, CEO of Owl Labs, said:
The Microsoft Teams certification is a testament to our team’s relentless pursuit of meeting customer and buyers’ needs. We’ve seen overwhelmingly positive results in the small and medium business market, which makes us optimistic about expanding to meet IT buyer needs in the enterprise segment. By meeting Microsoft’s rigorous standards, we will continue to expand our capacity to foster seamless collaboration across organisations of all sizes.”
Owl Labs affirms that the Teams certification underlines that its products meet the stringent standards required by IT buyers, ensuring seamless functionality within enterprise ecosystems. The company adds that it highlights its devotion to providing high-quality, plug-and-play devices that integrate effortlessly with Teams.

Owl Labs is enhancing its Meeting Owl product line with new Modes, such as panorama and grid views. These modes enable users to customise their experience and foster more natural, face-to-face interactions.

What Else Has Owl Labs Been Up To Recently?
The aforementioned Meeting Owl4+ launched last summer.
The Meeting Owl 4+ is Owl Labs’ most recent all-in-one video conferencing device. It offers a 360-degree camera, speaker, and microphone with 4K Ultra HD video for exceptional clarity. Powered by the advanced Owl Intelligence System (OIS) Software, it enables wireless pairing with additional devices, giving organisations the flexibility to adapt their meeting spaces to evolving needs.
Meanwhile, in September, Owl Labs released its annual State of Hybrid Work Report, revealing critical insights into shifting workplace preferences. The study found that nearly half of workers (47 percent) would consider quitting if their employer mandated a full-time return-to-office (RTO) policy.
The report also highlighted other significant trends. Seventeen percent of workers indicated they would expect a pay increase if hybrid or remote work options were eliminated. In comparison, only 11 percent expressed a preference for working in the office full time. The ideal balance for most employees appears to be three in-office days per week, with 35 percent of respondents favouring this arrangement.
