Wildix has unveiled its new AI-powered UC and collaboration platform, WMS 7, to elevate enterprise communications.
Announced during Wildix’s annual UC&C Summit 2025, the next-generation WMS 7 solution is designed to tackle the challenges of fragmented systems and escalating security threats. It incorporates real-time transcription, intelligent summarisation tools, and an advanced AI-powered chat engine to ensure seamless communication and enhance operational efficiency.
Wildix emphasises that this platform reflects the company’s dedication to providing businesses with solutions specifically tailored to meet the demands of today’s evolving landscape.
“Every announcement, product or project we unveiled has one goal: empowering our partners and their customers to succeed,” said Steve Osler, CEO of Wildix.
With WMS 7’s advanced transcription and summarisation capabilities, x-bees’ intelligent sales solutions and x-hoppers’ transformative retail tools, we are equipping partners to grow their businesses by delivering solutions that meet modern workplace challenges. By focusing exclusively on the channel, we ensure our partners have the resources and tools they need to drive impactful results for their customers.”
What Other Major Announcements Did Wildix Make At The Summit?
Wildix also announced that its AI-powered, Salesforce-integrated x-bees platform will receive a momentous update in the form of advanced sales intelligence.
Equipped with real-time sentiment analysis, call assistance, and detailed reporting, x-bees intends to transform the sales process by shortening cycles and improving decision-making. Its Salesforce integration allows partners and customers to implement customised solutions that address specific needs.
Updates to Wildix’s x-hoppers solution now include AI-driven theft detection, line management, and safety alerts. Wildix illustrates these enhancements have proven effective in reducing theft, as demonstrated by House of Spells in London, where weekly theft incidents dropped from 4 to just 1-1.5 on average. Additionally, Wildix says these innovations have greatly improved customer experiences and streamlined operational coordination.
Also at the Summit, Wildix unveiled specialised DECT models designed to meet the specific needs of growing UC&C sectors such as healthcare and manufacturing.
Lastly, Wildix expanded its channel-only strategy with the launch of the Sales Elevate Lab, offering partners advanced training and resources.
The company outlines that a $1 million incentive pool is available to help partners close high-impact deals, while the newly established Sales Engineering Team provides technical guidance to navigate complex opportunities. These initiatives are supported by enhanced Salesforce Partner Community tools, which streamline workflows and deliver actionable insights to boost partner success.
Wildix Launches AI-Driven, Salesforce-Integrated UCaaS Solution x-bees
While announcing a significant update for x-bees this week, Wildix first revealed its AI-driven UCaaS product in October.
Wildix pitches x-bees as an AI-powered comms platform designed to enhance productivity, optimise workflows, and facilitate seamless collaboration. By combining voice, video, messaging, and conferencing in a single interface, x-bees provides a thorough UC solution. One of its key differentiators is its robust integration with Salesforce, which Wildix claims sets a new standard for sales-oriented communication.
The “Salesforce Opportunity” feature within x-bees is designed to revolutionise sales workflows by embedding critical functionalities directly into the platform.
This integration eliminates the need for users to switch between different apps, allowing them to manage leads, access contacts, and capture notes all within x-bees. Wildix emphasises that its goal is to improve productivity and enable real-time collaboration, making sales processes more efficient and streamlined.
