Babble has made its fourth acquisition so far this year in the form of Oxford-based Sesui.

Sesui specialises in CCaasS solution, with a focus on the healthcare and travel sectors. It provides critical CCaaS solutions to a number of NHS Primary and Urgent healthcare providers.

The acquisition follows in the wake of the three already made by Babble since it received investment from private equity house Graphite Capital in November 2020. So far this year, the comms provider has snapped up 81G Blue, Activ Technology and Ultracomms, and CEO Matt Parker stated that it expects to continue this M&A drive throughout 2021.

“The latest acquisition of Sesui provides Babble with a fantastic opportunity to broaden our customer base, especially in the healthcare sector,” stated Matt Parker, Chief Executive of Babble.

“The whole team is excited to support the growth of these new customers through the deployment of the right technology, equipping businesses for the new world of work and providing specialist solutions that are pertinent to the NHS.

“Our buy-and-build strategy has continued at pace in 2021. We have more acquisitions in the pipeline, as we seek high quality, innovative businesses that have the potential for further growth.”

Oli White, Head of Commercial at Sesui, added: “The acquisition is an exciting milestone for both businesses, with the role of cloud technology now so critical to our clients’ needs.

“We look forward to our future as part of what is one of the UK’s leading cloud tech companies and know this will enhance our offering as we continue to provide vital service to our customers.”
