LogMeIn has rebranded to GoTo and launched two simplified products that are united by one application.

The firm’s products have been integrated to create GoTo Resolve, which focuses on SMB IT support and security, and a unified communications as a service (UCaaS) offering called GoTo Connect.

Mike Kohlsdorf, GoTo President and CEO, said: “This announcement follows a year-long internal company transformation with significant investment in innovation, unification, and global go-to-market efforts.

“While many providers in the space only solve for one point solution, GoTo is bringing together IT management & support and communications in one application in a completely new and unique way.

“GoTo and the new portfolio better represent the company and our commitment to SMBs. We understand their particular challenges and have the focus and resources needed to address these pain points to better serve their dynamic working environments.”

GoTo Connect brings together all of GoTo’s UCaaS tools including cloud-based voice, meeting, training and messaging, as well as contact centre capabilities designed for SMBs.

The CX element of the portfolio includes deep Facebook Messenger capabilities and widgets for web chat.

GoTo Resolve, meanwhile, is made up of GoTo’s support products and includes remote access, management, support capabilities and ticketing – all part of GoTo’s zero-trust security approach to protect endpoints and supply chains.

Both products will be accessed and managed by a single application and admin console, GoTo said.

GoTo also announced the new GoTo Partner Network, which it said will “empower” the channel with “additional ways” to attract new customers and increase revenue.

It said the new programme will give managed service providers, resellers and distributors more investment across marketing and technology integrations.
