The Dialpad Partner Awards have been launched to pay tribute to its best-performing partners across various categories.

As part of the launch, Dialpad has shared the winning companies from three categories:

  • Telarus wins Technology Solutions Brokerage of the Year
  • MR2 Solutions wins Regional Partner of the Year
  • Intercom wins Technology Partner of the Year

Using predetermined metrics, such as year-over-year growth or finding values that align with its own, Dialpad chooses its top contributors from a range of categories.

With the Technology Solutions Brokerage of the year, the number of total annual bookings was the central metric by which the winner, Telarus, was chosen.

Shane Speakman, VP of Advanced Solutions, UCaaS at Telarus, said: “Dialpad is one of our most strategic providers of unified business communications systems and contact centre solutions. Dialpad’s embedded AI and integrations give partners a competitive advantage, and its continued momentum will bring more cutting-edge, disruptive technology to the market.”

“Dialpad’s continued growth and relentless innovation have made a significant impact for our partner community, and we see the benefit to Telarus partners significantly increasing in the future.”

Dialpad plans to honour channel and technology partners and master agents annually and quarterly.

MR2 Solutions won Regional Partner of the Year by driving the most customer growth and value and contributing to one of its largest deals (with Lithia Motors).

Intercom has been awarded Technology Partner of the Year to improve customer service by growing its AI-powered sales and support calls.

Mike Kane, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales, Dialpad, said:

“I am very proud of the achievements by Dialpad partners, which enable our customers to work beautifully.”

“We are thrilled to celebrate Telarus, MR2 Solutions and Intercom as notable contributors to Dialpad’s year-over-year growth and honour our joint success together.”

“Notably, the positive impact of technology and channel partnerships on Dialpad’s success in 2021 was clear, and we look forward to building on our joint growth and momentum in 2022.”

In North America, Dialpad tells us it has grown 92% and internationally by 66%. It has also had a 30% increase in its active partners.

Dialpad also took the opportunity to share some of its figures from the last financial year, including 90% deal registration growth and 88% closed-won opportunities increase year-on-year. After its latest round of funding, the company was valued at $2.2bn.

Mike Kourey, CFO at Dialpad, recently shared his plans to invest heavily in research and development.
