With so much planned for Enterprise Connect 2022, here is a rundown of the top ten things to expect this year.

Enterprise Connect will bring together some of the biggest names in communications and collaboration, with keynotes from Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Zoom, AWS and RingCentral.

There will be more than 40 sessions from 100+ experts, an exhibition of major vendors, award ceremonies, new announcements, networking, and more.

The event will be taking place on March 21-24 at the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

The IT Hero Award recognises the expertise, vision and service provided by enterprise IT individuals and teams. The idea being winners from this year will serve as models for IT professionals next year. Winners will be receiving their rewards at this year’s Enterprise Connect conference.

• Women in Communications Roundtable & Reception

Hybrid working has changed the workplace environment hugely, but many women are still experiencing gender-driven inequalities. At this year’s Communications Roundtable and Reception, four women with successful careers in IT/communications will share some experiences and offer their advice on these issues. The Spotlight Awards, honouring outstanding women in the IT/communications industry, will take place after, followed by a networking reception.

 • New and Expanded Tracks

Security & Compliance has been added as a new track at Enterprise Connect, making nine tracks in total. Contact Centre & Customer Experience and Workplace Strategies have been expanded to offer more practical strategies and insights.
