Jabra’s Evolve series has been given a boost with the launch of the Jabra Evolve2 Buds.

The company states that the “top-of-the-range” earbuds are designed to boost concentration and improve collaboration for professionals working “on the go”.

The Evolve2 Buds are certified for leading collaboration platforms which include Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Holger Reisinger, SVP at Jabra, commented: “The world we live in today has made us crave freedom and flexibility to work from anywhere.

“At the same time, we also learnt from our Hybrid Ways of Working 2022 research about the role that technology plays in increasing employee inclusion in hybrid work.

“With all that in mind, we sought to create a product with our new Jabra Evolve2 Buds to empower professionals to look, sound and be professional on the go.”

Jabra has implemented an adjustable active noise cancellation technology into the Evolve2 Buds to allow for hybrid workings to block out any external sounds should they need to.

The company states that it has developed the Evolve2 Buds to enable users to have high-quality conversations with Jabra MultiSensor Voice.

This uses a combination of four microphones, bone conduction sensors, and algorithms to block out surrounding noise.

To achieve flexibility for hybrid workers, Jabra has given the Evolve2 Buds the feature of an extended wireless range due to the in-case dongle that can be plugged into a user’s PC.

With a wireless range of up to 20 metres (65 feet), the earbuds give hybrid employees the ability to move around their home or other remote work environments without compromising call quality.

According to Jabra, the Evolve2 Buds come with five hours of talk time and a total of 33 hours of battery, including the charging case.

Jabra has confirmed that the Evolve2 Buds will be available from the end of November and priced at £279.60.

Last month, Jabra expanded its Connect line by unveiling the Jabra Connect 5t wireless earbuds, also designed for remote working.

The product joined the Connect 4h, a flexible headset, and the Connect 4s, a portable speakerphone, in the Connect series as Jabra set its sights on delivering the right technology for those working at home.

The company has also recently announced a collaboration with Lenovo to offer a hybrid working meeting room system optimised for use with Microsoft Teams Rooms.

The room system comprises the Jabra PanaCast 50 and the Lenovo ThinkSmart Core Kit.

The solution has enabled companies to easily convert their conference rooms into hybrid workplaces with collaboration and productivity capabilities.
