PitchHub has unveiled its Teleprompter Zoom app, which is designed to allow users to present with confidence during Zoom meetings.
According to PitchHub, the app is the first teleprompter available on any online collaboration, meeting or webinar platform.
When the app is active during meetings, it is only available to the presenter, even while their screen is being shared with other participants.
Andrew Devlin, CEO and Co-founder of PitchHub, commented: “We were thrilled to launch this first version of our Teleprompter on a prodigious platform like Zoom; it is something many of our customers and people that know us have asked for.
“We worked hard and brought this special version to Zoom’s App Marketplace.
“The use cases go beyond using a teleprompter for meetings and webinars; you can now record videos using Zoom for communications to your customers, prospects, management, and just general video communications.”
PitchHub states that a script can be written directly into the app or copied and pasted from another source ahead of Zoom meetings.
The app can even be used by those who plan to present without the help of the teleprompter.
For example, it can be used as a meeting coach to help people memorise information, polish their delivery and ensure they cover all of the key points they intend to make.
Users can tailor the teleprompter app to suit their needs by changing the scroll speed, font size, guide position, text width, and more.
The free app is available now for users to download via the Zoom App Marketplace.
PitchHub was founded in 2018 and has developed into a Video as a Service (VaaS) platform that helps users create professional-quality videos.
The platform features a script dashboard, teleprompter studio and a video editor workflow which allows users to upload media, author scripts, record videos, and give video editing instructions.
