Vyopta has revealed that it fully supports Microsoft Teams’ voice services to help users.
This support includes Phone Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect, allowing users to manage their UC technology stack.
According to Vyopta, the company helps users to manage not only Microsoft Teams but also compatible endpoints, session border controllers (SBCs), on-premises and cloud video interop (CVI) platforms, and other UCaaS and UC technologies.

Vyopta says that the company ensures the best experience possible for Microsoft Teams by providing “single-pane-of-glass” and multi-vendor UC environments that are purpose-built for collaboration.
The platform’s tools proactively identify issues for fast troubleshooting and provide detailed experience monitoring calls and meetings.
The company has added Zoom Phone and Rooms to its existing support, which is in place for Zoom Meetings and Webinars.
Following the expansion, users can troubleshoot video and audio calls, and gain insights by tracking key metrics from Zoom investment to improve adoption, optimise costs, boost productivity, and train other colleagues.
More recently, Vyopta and Zoom partnered to give organisations a “total user experience” using AI.
