Ultimately, there’s no denying that we’re swimming into unchartered territory with ChatGPT and generative AI solutions, and there’s certainly substance behind the hype. However, I believe it’s important for business leaders to truly define what the benefits of these new technologies are.

Generative AI isn’t just the “next big thing”. It could be a crucial resource, capable of addressing some of the biggest challenges companies face in the current world of work. I think the hype around this new technology can only be justified if we concentrate on unlocking the full potential of generative AI. If we use technology to create better places to work, engage employees, and unlock higher levels of productivity, then everybody wins.
