CallCabinet Available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace

CallCabinet’s compliance recording solution is now available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

CallCabinet customers are now able to harness the power of the Azure cloud platform, with the ability to streamline deployment and management.

Through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store that provides applications and services for use on Azure, organisations can access the “original cloud-native compliance call recording platform”, CallCabinet, which provides comprehensive quality assurance automation and conversation analytics.

Ron Romanchik, Chief Strategy Officer at CallCabinet, said: “We continue our drive to make complete call compliance with unsurpassed business intelligence easier for enterprises worldwide.

“Our solution provides a Microsoft Teams app add-in with high levels of recording control.

“CallCabinet’s availability through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace is the logical and exciting next step in our longstanding relationship with Microsoft.”

CallCabinet’s extended availability is designed to make it easier for organisations worldwide to be totally compliant with regulations, particularly those operating within heavily regulated industries.

The Microsoft Azure Marketplace enables customers to purchase CallCabinet in just a few clicks.

Organisations can, therefore, easily buy CallCabinet licenses and services on an annual or month-to-month basis via the Azure marketplace.

Businesses can also apply CallCabinet purchases to their Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC).

To acquire CallCabinet from the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, users simply need to click the “Get it now” button and users will then be directed to the download.

Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program partners can order CallCabinet from the Partner Center, without needing a master services agreement (MSA) with CallCabinet.

CallCabinet for Azure is built on the fabric of Microsoft Teams, making it an easier transition for Microsoft customers.

Jake Zborowski, General Manager, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp., said, “We’re pleased to welcome CallCabinet to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, which gives our partners great exposure to cloud customers around the globe.

“Azure Marketplace offers world-class quality experiences from global trusted partners with solutions tested to work seamlessly with Azure.”

CallCabinet recently completed its seventh integration with Webex, as its call recording solutions were integrated into Webex.

The compliance recording specialists now have one of the few solutions providing comprehensive integration for Cisco cloud, on-premise, and contact centre platforms.

Previously, CallCabinet has integrated solutions with Webex Contact Center, Cisco HCS, UCCE, UCCX, UCM, and UCM-C Dedicated Instance.

Ryan Kahan, CEO of CallCabinet, spoke about its integration with Webex: “It’s another significant milestone that speaks to our unrelenting commitment to advancing business success across platforms – supporting all the ways people communicate in today’s quickly evolving environment.

“Having CallCabinet directly available within the Webex App Hub for rapid deployment to Webex Calling and Webex Go supports our longstanding integration track record across Cisco platforms.”

The solution will provide Webex Calling and Webex Go customers with “revolutionary” compliant call recording technology, according to CallCabinet.
