Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise is launching its Rainbow Hub UCaaS service in the UK.
Rainbow Hub combines Alcatel-Lucent’s popular UC and PBX solutions into a single cloud-based service.
The UCaaS solution allows business users to utilize the benefits of a cloud-based platform while enabling channel partners to provide advanced services without the difficulty of managing operations.
Moussa Zaghdoud, EVP of Cloud Communications Business Division at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, commented:
The introduction of Rainbow Hub to the UK market marks a significant milestone for ALE and the UCaaS industry. With Rainbow Hub, our channel partners can leverage their own traffic and effortlessly deploy and manage customers through our intuitive Rainbow admin interface. To this end, these customers can enjoy the benefits of full UcaaS services and a smooth transition to the cloud without the need for costly training or upskilling.”
Rainbow Hub’s most critical features include full UC functionality, sophisticated telephony services, excellent mobility options, comprehensive analytics, and seamless integration capabilities.
Moreover, Rainbow Hub enables channel partners to keep ownership of their customers and invoice them directly, affirming the trust of their customer relationships.
Rainbow Hub removes the need for physical PBX systems, with the associated on-premises maintenance and upgrades eliminated so businesses can allocate time and resources to essential processes and add value.
Rainbow Hub also keeps excellent security standards. All traffic within the service is encrypted end-to-end, maintaining a high level of data protection and privacy for users.
“As more and more businesses recognise the value of cloud-based communications solutions, we are focused on making Rainbow Hub the preferred choice for customers seeking reliable, feature-rich, and secure UCaaS services,” Zaghdoud added.
Rainbow Hub is available across various platforms, including iOS, Android, PC, Mac, and web, to ensure accessibility and flexibility for users.
