BCM One Completes Acquisition of International Voice Provider Pure IP

BCM One, a prominent provider of NextGen Communications and Managed Services, has successfully concluded its acquisition of Pure IP, a U.K.-based voice provider.

This strategic move, announced in April, reinforces BCM One’s position as a global player in the industry, offering enhanced cloud-based voice solutions for major communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom.

Agnostic Integration and Global Coverage

Pure IP integrates voice services across communication platforms, systems, and applications. Its extensive coverage provides compliant PSTN replacement solutions in 47 countries and number availability in 137 countries.

Pure IP’s collaboration with Microsoft as one of the original launch partners for Microsoft Operator Connect and their status as a Managed Modern Workplace Solutions Partner with Teams Calling Specialization add value to their offerings.

The integration of Pure IP into the BCM One family opens up a more comprehensive range of services for customers and partners. BCM One’s comprehensive platform now includes Pure IP’s international footprint and robust PSTN replacement solutions and support. This expansion enables businesses worldwide to access a diverse portfolio of advanced voice solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

BCM One’s CEO, Geoff Bloss, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating: “The acquisition of Pure IP marks a new era for BCM One in global communication services, allowing us to deliver unparalleled voice solutions to businesses worldwide.

“We have enjoyed working closely with the Pure IP team in recent months, and by integrating their expertise into our portfolio, we are well-positioned to advance our global voice and managed services strategy.”

Strengthening next-generation communications

The acquisition of Pure IP is the ninth successful acquisition for BCM One, further enhancing its next-generation communications solutions.

BCM One’s acquisition of Pure IP extends its global communications and managed services portfolio, strengthening its position as a provider of comprehensive voice solutions. This strategic move enables BCM One to offer an expanded range of cloud-based voice solutions and robust PSTN replacement services on a global scale.
