Pax8 and Bvoip Launch Channel Offering

Pax8 has announced that Bvoip’s UCaaS and VoIP solutions will be added to its marketplace.

Bvoip’s products, within the new partnership, will be sold exclusively to IT Service Providers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

The UCaaS and VoIP solutions on offer via a single order and payment portal, include unified communications, call centre, application integrations, and video conferencing.

Sophie Merrifield, CVP of Vendor Operations, said: “At Pax8, we are dedicated to supporting our partners in enhancing their business efficiencies and facilitating their growth.

“By offering bvoip’s comprehensive VoIP solutions on our marketplace, our partners will have a seamless experience procuring and managing their cloud communications solutions all in one platform.”

Bvoip already has a strong focus on the MSP market, with a business model built specifically with IT service providers and MSPs in mind.

According to Pax8, it is this commitment to the MSP market, coupled with excellent customer service and support, that makes it the perfect partner for companies seeking an effective communications solution.

Furthermore, it has a comprehensive platform with advanced features, including a contact centre, a Microsoft Teams direct routing integration, call recording, voicemail to email service, transcription, automated attendants, heavy integration into PSA and CRM tools, plus artificial intelligence services.

George Bardissi, Founder and CEO of bvoip, said: “We are excited to partner with Pax8 and provide their partners with access to our best-in-class communication and integration platform.

“We can’t explain how truly excited we are to be expanding our reach to thousands of IT professionals and MSPs worldwide.”

In July 2021, pax8 formed a global agreement with Qunifi to deliver Call2Teams to MSPs.

As a result, partners can access a seamless connection between Teams and existing end-user phone systems.

The agreement followed the entry of Pax8 into the UK market, after the acquisition of Wirehive in January 2021.

The acquisition of Wirehive, a cloud consultancy firm, has provided Pax8 with a headquarters from which they can operate in Farnborough and Bristol.

More recently, Pax8 has secured the 1038th ranking on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list, following a three-year revenue growth of 571 percent. Pax8’s Chief Strategy Officer, Ryan Walsh, was also recognised last month by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, as one of the top 100 executives.

In June this year, Pax8 added several new partnerships, including a partnership with Valimail to offer automated DMARC solutions to MSPs, a partner agreement with MSPCFO to provide actionable business intelligence and profitability insights for MSPs worldwide, and a strategic partnership with Crowdstrike to revolutionise cybersecurity for MSPs in the IT Channel.

Pax 8 describes itself as the “world’s favourite cloud marketplace for IT professionals to buy, sell, and manage best-in-class technology solutions”.

It has now moved over 300,000 companies to the cloud via its channel partners and processes one million monthly transactions.

The MSP communications platform, BVoIP has formed partnerships in the past, such as with babyTEL for Cloud Fax in 2017.

In 2020, BVoIP partnered with Swoop Datacom for IP device provisioning and management.

Bvoip is a cloud communications solutions provider of unified communications, call centres, application integrations, and video conferencing solutions.

It provides a comprehensive cloud communications platform for IT and MSPs to adopt and deploy internally and for their downstream customers.
