In a recent interview at this year’s #Zoomtopia event, Rob Scott speaks with John Calcao, Vice President of Enterprise Sales at AudioCodes, to discuss the company’s evolving role in enhancing Zoom‘s offerings. AudioCodes has expanded its capabilities beyond session border controllers (SBCs) in recent years and is now facilitating a smoother transition for legacy systems to migrate to cloud-based unified communications and contact center solutions.

AudioCodes holds the distinction of being a certified vendor within Zoom’s Provider Exchange, a feature available in the Zoom Marketplace. Provider Exchange streamlines the process of integrating Bring your own carrier (BYOC) into Zoom Phone, eliminating the need for on-premise hardware and offering seamless connectivity.

AudioCodes Live Cloud serves as a white-label, multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, designed to expedite the process for service providers to integrate their customers into Zoom Phone’s BYOC feature. This service not only fast-tracks the onboarding of new service providers but also facilitates their entry into Zoom Phone’s Provider Exchange network.

For a deeper understanding of AudioCodes’ contributions to Zoom’s Provider Exchange, Rob Scott also interviews Lourdes Orret, North America Director of Solution Architecture. The discussion focuses on how AudioCodes is enhancing connectivity, security, and scalability for customers in both contact centers and unified communications sectors.
