Zoom Announces ISV Exchange Programme

Zoom has announced its internet software vendor (ISV) programme, which includes prestigious partners such as Theta Lake and Verint.

The programme builds upon Zoom Partner Connect and will allow Zoom to resell choice ISV solutions directly to customers. By integrating partner services within the Zoom platform, the video conferencing and collaboration giant can meet more customer demands and streamline the purchasing process with a unified, all-inclusive experience.

“On the heels of Zoomtopia, the launch of the ISV Exchange Program was the next obvious step to take in our journey of delivering choice and flexibility to customers, while providing new business opportunities for our partners,” said Chris Moss, Head of Platform and Product Acceleration at Zoom.

By offering select solutions directly from our ISV partners, we are able to meet more needs of our customers while simplifying their purchasing process. This is only the beginning, and I look forward to expanding this program with the help of our ISV partner ecosystem.”

Who Are the Launch Partners, and What Are They Offering?

Verint is one of the ISV programme’s launch partners, expanding upon its longstanding partnership with Zoom. The ISV programme will leverage Verint’s CX cloud platform-to-platform approach to offer better customer and employee engagement and address customers’ enterprise requirements.

Theta Lake is another. “At Theta Lake, we are excited to be one of the first partners to join the new Zoom ISV Exchange Program,” said Anthony Cresci, SVP Finances, Alliances & Business Operations. “Being able to seamlessly integrate and transact our Compliance and Security Suite within Zoom allows us to jointly meet the growing demands for our unified capture, archiving, and search, along with PCI redaction and proactive compliance capabilities, all while further strengthening our strategic partnership.”

Zoom’s ISV partnership with SuccessKPI will see the latter expand its alignment with cloud contact centre partners. The partnership grows SuccessKPI’s ecosystem to streamline the process for contact centres migrating to the cloud, optimise business outcomes and deliver high-quality experiences for every employee from the agent to the CEO.

PCI Pal’s portfolio of secure payment solutions complements Zoom’s collaborative mission statement. “PCI Pal’s secure payment solutions will be offered through Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Phone,” said Darren Gill, Chief Revenue Officer at PCI Pal. “This integrated partnership creates a frictionless payment journey for Zoom customers as they enable their customers to make payments through their communication channel of choice, enhancing the overall customer experience.”

For FaxSIPit, the Zoom partnership will fuel significant business growth and allow the company to provide a fax solution seamlessly integrated within the Zoom App, improving the customer experience and driving customer satisfaction and business success.
