Lynes Technologies, the Swedish provider of UCaaS solutions, is taking lynes, its mobile-first UCaaS platform, to the European market starting with the Benelux region. The company has been established in Sweden for more than a decade and launched the lynes platform in 2019 selling to end users directly and via reseller and wholesale partners. The company provides the UCaaS offering via its own MVNO in Sweden as well as to customers that utilise all the leading Swedish telecoms providers.

“We’ve been in Sweden since 2012 and now we’re taking the solution abroad to serve more customers,” says Burhan Kesapli, the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder of Lynes Technologies.

“We’re mobile-first, we enable self-service and we designed the lynes app to work fully on your mobile phone so you don’t have to open up a browser to do admin or add a user. The self-service model in the app is highly appreciated by users.”

The capabilities of lynes include value-added services that make it a one stop shop for communication for enterprises. These include features such as call recording to support training and compliance requirements, the capability to run surveys, support for video and the core, fully-developed business phone system. On top these, lynes enables full collaboration across chat, channels and integrations, which include Hubspot, Salesforce.com, Slack and many others.

Users can access their mail, calendars and contacts and book conferences as native features of lynes. It’s also possible to book a lynes conference directly in Outlook via the lynes add-in to the Outlook interface.

“Our main goal is to deliver smart features which are easy-to-use and that will increase user productivity,” explains Filip Flink, the Product Marketing Manager at Lynes Technologies. “We’re helping businesses to realize better external and internal communication with smart collaboration. Features such as share a call log – with or without recordings, call follow-up, service levels on answer groups and AI transcriptions on voicemails are transforming the user experience and demonstrate the value that lynes brings to enterprises.”

The mobile-first focus, enables users to make their mobile devices the gateway for accessing a complete portfolio of smart functions, emphasises Kesapli: “We enable users to collaborate flexibly using their preferred channels so they can take a conversation wherever they like. You can start with a mobile phone call and turn that into a videoconference and start screen sharing and adding other people to the call without interruption.”

Flink says that, having proven its value in Sweden, lynes is now ready to target the European market. The company has identified the Benelux region because that market is ready for the transition from on-premise and legacy cloud solutions and to adopt new UCaaS propositions. “This market is ready to do the same transformations that we have seen in Sweden,” he adds.

“We’re going to roll lynes out across Benelux ourselves typically by selling directly to customers but we will collaborate with partners as well.”
