GoTo has launched what it promises to be a transformative mobile device management solution, Miradore Premium+.

Premium+ is a new subscription tier within Miradore, the mobile device management (MDM) product acquired by GoTo in 2022. Tailored for growing businesses grappling with a varied array of mobile devices, tablets, and laptops spanning iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows, Premium+ streamlines management and security efforts with ease.

This offering also features seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID for automated device assignment and native compatibility with GoTo Resolve, effectively streamlining operations and cost savings by eliminating the requirement for a separate remote support solution.

Dave Campbell, Head of Strategy and Growth, IT Solutions Group at GoTo, said:

Miradore Premium+ represents a significant leap forward in mobile device management. With this new offering, we’ve brought together leading solutions for MDM and remote support without the added complexity or cost, simplifying work for IT admins with new features to further automate routine tasks.”

With ever-growing cybersecurity risks, evolving data privacy standards, and the new normal of hybrid work models, MDM software has developed as a critical asset for device and data security. Consequently, selecting an inadequate solution can burden IT professionals with cumbersome user interfaces, high costs, restricted OS compatibility, and inadequate remote support, culminating in major financial and operational setbacks. These are challenges Miradore Premium+ intends to address.

“With Miradore Premium+, we have made it possible to consolidate an essential part of every organization’s tech stack and vendor management process and ultimately made MDM faster, easier, and more affordable,” added Campbell.

Miradore Premium+’s Feature Set In Detail

GoTo stresses that Miradore Premium+ is budget-friendly. Premium+ builds upon Miradore’s cost-effective framework by integrating GoTo Resolve remote support and removing device limits. This integration eliminates the need for a separate remote support license, ensuring scalable and economical device assistance.

Critical to the product are time-saving integrations. Premium+ integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Entra ID and will soon integrate with Google Workspace to ensure up-to-date user lists and streamline device assignments. This automation reduces manual tasks, boosts operational efficiency, and expedites deployment time via the support of several SaaS tools.

The MDM offering is also low-complexity. Users can alleviate the burden of enrolling and overseeing devices, safeguarding data, and assisting their fleet by employing a unified MDM solution that caters to all mobile devices, tablets, and workstations operating on iOS, Android, Mac, or Windows systems.

Lastly, Premium+ features a user-friendly interface complemented by GoTo Resolve’s secure remote sessions, fortified by robust permission-based security protocols. These include end-to-end data encryption utilizing 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Transport Layer Security (TLS).
