CallTower has announced its Microsoft Teams Mobile Dialler solution to empower worker connectivity, mobility and productivity.

In what CallTower pitches as a “groundbreaking advancement”  in mobile productivity, Teams Mobile Dialler integrates Teams functionalities into mobile devices. CallTower says its Teams Mobile Dialer solution illustrates the advancement of fixed mobile convergence tailored to meet the dynamic requirements of contemporary businesses across various sectors.

It leverages groundbreaking technology to transform mobile devices into multifunctional endpoints. This allows users to place and receive calls through their native dialler using their existing Teams numbers, producing a unified customer experience.

Doug Larsen, Senior VP of Software and Product at CallTower, said:

With the launch of our Teams Mobile Dialer solution, we are ushering in a new era of mobile communication efficiency for businesses worldwide. “We understand the importance of empowering organisations with the tools they need to stay connected, collaborate effectively, and drive productivity from anywhere. This solution not only simplifies business communications but also enhances the overall user experience, enabling teams to work smarter and more efficiently.”

This strategy aims to bridge the gap between conventional desk phones, conference phones, and mobile devices, delivering a consistent and uninterrupted communication experience for mobile teams.
