Enreach, Watsoft Partner On Advanced UC Offering For French MSPs

Enreach for Service Providers and French IT distributor Watsoft have partnered to offer enterprise communications solutions for French MSPs and resellers to sell to SMEs.

Enreach and Watsoft have signed a value-added distribution agreement and launched Wat’Com, based on the Enreach UP Cloud offering.

Since its inception, Watsoft has assisted its network of French MSPs and IT resellers in enriching their offerings to meet the evolving market demands. The Wat’Com solution emerged as a response to the evolution of UC, transforming traditional telephony into a pivotal element of corporate digital transformation.

Meanwhile, Watsoft will enhance its market position by providing MSPs with a fully automated UC suite that boasts the ease of deployment akin to software. The synergistic relationship between Enreach for Service Providers and Watsoft is a crucial factor that will empower both entities to capitalise on new prospects within a rapidly expanding market.

The partnership is driven by the desire to offer an Enreach European solution hosted in France, ensuring adherence to local data regulations. It also aims to provide comprehensive traditional telephony functionalities with a variety of compatible workstations.

The collaboration is open to innovative applications, such as using Microsoft Teams as a softphone, integrating mobile phones without additional applications, and expanding into CRM and other business software environments.

Moreover, Watsoft’s ability to access all platform functionalities via API has enabled it to offer its partners a fully automated customer journey, enhancing the overall user experience.
