Dom Black, Head of Research, Cavell Group 

Dom has worked in the telecoms and technology sectors for the past decade providing research on the UCaaS, CCaaS and Microsoft Teams enablement markets. Cavell Group works primarily with service providers, channel organisations and carriers helping them understand how the market is developing and what they should be doing to be successful.

Elka Dunnette, Modern Workplace Leader, MNP Digital 

Elka specializes in enhancing workplace collaboration and efficiency through innovative technology. With experience across various industries, she has served in executive roles, including at Microsoft and technology-based non-profits. She is passionate about empowering organizations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Frederick Shears, Global Head of IT, C|T Group 

Fredrick, Global Head of IT at C|T Group, has 20 years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and information security. A respected industry expert, he is active in professional organizations and frequently presents at conferences, sharing his insights on technology and strategy.

Graham Fruin, Senior Research Analyst, IDC 

Graham is a senior research analyst with IDC’s European Enterprise Communications and Collaboration team, focusing on the voice, UC&C, and contact center markets in Europe. Kevin has supported MITRE’s mission for over 20 years, evolving from AV/VTC support to his current role as UCC Media Architect. He focuses on enhancing hybrid workforce collaboration and testing new technologies to ensure they meet user needs, driven by a passion for innovation and action.

Melody Brue, VP & Principal Tech Analyst, Moor Insights & Strategy 

Melody specializes in modern work trends, including collaboration, productivity, and efficiency. With decades of experience across various companies, she offers deep insights into workplace issues and the technologies that influence them.

Tony Derricott, Application Systems Engineer, Brigham Young University-Idaho 

Tony specializes in optimizing Microsoft 365, Zoom Workplace, and Google Workspace. He ensures seamless integration and enhances productivity across the institution. With a strong systems engineering background, Tony excels in troubleshooting and innovative solutions.

Tsahi, a developer with 25 years in software communications, has held various roles including CTO, CPO, and CEO. He co-founded testRTC, acquired by Spearline and Cyara, and now simplifies communication technologies through BlogGeek.me. Tsahi is currently Senior Director of Product Management at Cyara.
